Identifying which energy level/perspective you’re defaulting to.
Considering 6 other ways to interpret your situation.
Choosing the way of seeing and responding to the situation that will have the highest likelihood of resulting in what you desire.

Each team member individually takes the ELI Assessment to determine their unique mix of perspectives/energy.
